Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as received.

All original packaging, tags, and the dust bag must be included.

Returns are accepted for all orders including sale items and COD orders.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product value paid (excluding shipping charges, if any).

Refund processing may take up to 10 working days after the returned product reaches our studio.

COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI once the returned product is received and verified.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
